Large, very large.
Exact size depends on your package selection.
Hopefully many will be deltas, which are smaller.

I would guess around 1G. But that’s just guess.
Since the release there has been an update to Gnome, which replaced (i.e. updated) most of the Gnome components.
Maybe use the NET installer rather than the DVD installer, though this will require that you have an ethernet connection available (WiFi during install is broken). That way, your initial install will be the current updated 13.2, rather than the originally released 13.2.
