No, because you need to convert them to RPM and, as the RPM packages in openSUSE repositories have been built to suit the distribution, you cannot be sure that, even if you made the conversion, you wouldn’t have more to do to make them work.
If you cannot get a package from an openSUSE repository, you may find it easier to get the source and compile it than trying such a conversion.
