Once I accidentally made a 200GB bad sector. Now I need to get rid of it...

Salaam my brothers,

A long time ago I had a Dual Boot with something based on Ubuntu and Windows 7.
Windows was installed on my SSD and Ubuntu on a 200GB partition on my HDD.
After some time Windows began messing with me and I messed up my Ubuntu installation (deleted the session and messed up with my self made, nothing really bad). I was way too lazy to fix it and I was busy with things so I booted up from my legal Windows CD and at the installation process I couldn’t see my Linux partition. So I rebooted into a live CD and deleted the ext4 or 3 Linux partitions. After that I came back in my Windows installation and I still didn’t saw that extra 200gb. I didn’t had a lot of time so I reinstalled Windows 7.
Previous week I Windows messed again with me so I installed something good on it. (opensuse ofc)
Now I really need those 200GB back. Some disk utilities said it is now a bad sector but it could also be a superblock? I already googled a lot but I can’t really find a solution.
I hope someone can help me to fix this. Then I won’t try to bomb you ;).

First I had a dualboot with Windows 7 and *ubuntu based OS.
I have 2 drives: 60GB SSD and 1.5GB HDD. Windows 7 was installed on the SSD and I used on the HDD 1.3TB space for Windows. On the other 200GB of the HDD I had Installed the *ubuntu based OS.

After some time Windows started messing with me (it just became unstable) and I messed a bit with my ubuntu based distro. So I wanted to Install Windows 7 fully again on my computer without a Dualboot.

I booted up to my Windows 7 installation. I didn’t saw the 200GB from Ubuntu. So I booted up from a live CD, ubuntu 11.04 I guess and I deleted my ubuntu partition to free space using GParted.
After this I booted into the Windows 7 installation and I still didn’t saw those 200GB. I didn’t had time for being geeky so I installed Windows 7 on the SSD and used the SSD and HDD. After some time Windows messed (again) with me and I installed OpenSuse. At the installation process I still coulnd’t find the 200GB.

lsblk --output NAME,FSTYPE,LABEL,MOUNTPOINT,SIZE

Hi Insha,
About this problem I use hiren’s cd 10.5
In hiren’s cd have many tools for regenerate bad sectors use HDD Regenerator it’s place in Hard Disk Tools.
It’s very simple tool, but work very well .
