Often invalid SLE - repositories

I’m not sure why, possibly some after adding extra packages, dated SLE-based repositories are reported unvalid by zypper, not cleaned up or upgraded to current valid versions.

Looking at https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/SUSE:/
the only available now are
/SLE-15-SP3:/ (26-Feb-2021)
/SLE-15-SP5:/ (31-Aug-2022)

Is it suggested just to remove the invalid above and add the newer valid below instead?

Do not use 1-Click Installation and you will not get this Repos…

And yes, its safe to delete them.

Yes, in this case the invalid “GA” repos ended with “pool” in their url. I’ve also seen that 1-click installation not unusual add repos even if they exist on beforehand.
In the above list, I think the still valid Update repo came from selecting Online repos during the installation. Not sure what brought in the Backport repo, also valid.
