Odd problem with add community repo

I just tried to add a new repo by using the Yast2 add community repo function, and got this message -

WARNING - Unable to download list of repositories or no repositories defined.

I’ve never seem this one before, any ideas what is wrong?

I don’t think it’s an Internet connection problem as everything else is functioning normally.
