Greetings everyone: I am now back on openSUSE tumbleweed and having an issue with OBS Studio in particular installing the move transition. I have followed the installation instructions and verified where the plugins are supposed to live. I am running the flatpak, but originally installed the repo to run natively. In both cases, the plugin does not show up in the + (plus) transition menu in OBS. I am literally beside myself. Any help getting this to work would be appreciated.
If you’re using the flatpak (as I am), I believe you have to install the flatpak version of the extension as well. (I could be mistaken, though - not in front of my system at the moment).
For the non-flatpak installation, what instructions did you follow, and which repo did you install OBS from?
Hello: Thanks for your answer. I actually trolled YouTube and found exactly what you suggested was the answer. After tracking down the plugin from Flathub and installing it, the issue is resolved.
I used the Packman repo ( I think) to install the “native” version and plugin from OBS Forums. The use of the full Flatpack version was the correct answer for me.
