Good afternoon, is it possible to add target inside your OBS also for BSD and Mac OS ? I think that many users would appreciate it.

Personally I think MacOS is out of order, due to it’s closed nature. openSUSE can and will not enter a world where it can be held responsible for breaking licenses/patents.
Actually it’s not ruled out of OBS, no one has simply had the interest to work on it, as per; openSUSE:Build Service comparison - openSUSE Wiki

So it’s more of a case of “No one has done it”, rather than “It can’t be done due to…”
