Last week on 12.3 there were no repos for nvidia drivers. Are they there now? If no, is there a release date?
You can manually add it with ftp://download.nvidia.com/opensuse/12.3/

Thanks for mentioning that, I’d been watching for quite a while but not
in the past few days. Looks like it appeared on Monday.

Graham P Davis, Bracknell, Berks.
openSUSE 12.3-RC2 (64-bit); KDE 4.10.00; AMD Phenom II X2 550 Processor;
Video: nVidia GeForce 210 (using nouveau driver);
Sound: ATI SBx00 Azalia (Intel HDA); Wireless: BCM4306
I installed the nvidia driver. When I look in kinfocenter and checked my “OpenGL” settings I see “unkown” for both “3D Accelerator” and “Kernel modules”. That doesn’t seem right, does it?
Using openSUSE 12.3 RC1 (fully updated) with KDE desktop.
When I tried to ‘test’ install nVidia drivers from this repo with Yast2 the packages x11-video-nvidiaG03|310.32-15.1|x86_64|; nvidia-computeG03|310.32-15.1|x86_64|; and, nvidia-gfxG03-kmp-desktop-310.32_k3.7.9_1.1-15.3.x86_64 were flagged for installation. However uname -r says installed kernel is 3.7.6-1.2-desktop. Sadly, this did not fully register until after I had commited the installation. The expected, errors occured. The repo does not seem to have the module package for kernel 3.7.6-1.2-desktop. So tread carefully. Just a ‘newcomer’ but hope this helps.
An extract from ZYPP log history is here, if needed.
Then it is not fully updated. Current kernel in 12.3 is 3.7.10.
