Nvidia card problems

I have just successfully loaded Suse, its taken ages to get a good download, but managed it. I have just gotten a new computer and the Nvidia 9400GT 512mb PCI-E. This is not recognised, only that it states there is a Nvidia card. So hopeing for your help as I can’t reset my screen resolution and it doesn’t alter the screen size. A bit annoying as I am practically having to get a magnifying glass to see this and the rest of the Suse.

Thanks it seems to have created a graphic screen interface but not sure. Will keep assessing it. I am sure it won’t be the last time I am on this forum sorting things out
