nvidia 410.73 almost 10x slower than 410.6g

Hi All,

Thanks for the quick updates to Tumbleweed. Upon doing a zypper dup just now I notice that my nvidia 1060GTX is almost 10x slower.

Here is a screenshot I took of the 410.66 driver performance:

and here is the 410.73 drivers performance on the same test.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide or try?

Why should anybody login to gmail to see your pictures?

Try http://paste.opensuse.org/ or https://susepaste.org/

Sorry, didnt realize a public link from google required a login from the linked side. Anyways please mark this as solved.

I used

sudo prime-select intel
sudo reboot
sudo prime-select nvidia
sudo reboot

and now on

glxgears

I am spinning at 19.5k.

Seems toggling the state of prime-select allowed things to start work better.

But you havn’t told, that your hardware is Optimis-Graphics, Intel and Nvidia.

Next time is better to show, what

hwinfo

or

lspci

is showing.
