nur Lowercase in einigen Programmen

Hallo liebe Community,

seit heute habe ich das Problem, dass mein Bash, mein Libre-Office, meine Kate, mein Dolphin und das Testfeld für Tastaturlayouttests eine gedrückte Shift- oder Alt-Gr-Taste einfach ignorieren.
Agenda, Opera, Firefox und die “Chefkonsole” (Strg+Alt+F2) sind (wie ihr seht) weiterhin in der Lage, Großbuchstaben und Sonderzeichen wie gewohnt zu verabeiten, ebenso funktionieren Kürzel wie Alt+F4 und Strg+Alt+Entf, aber auch Ctrl+C/V in Dolphin.

Ich hab eine Weile erfolglos herumgegoogelt und das System nun mehrfach schon neu gestartet, eben auch den X-Server. Vorhin habe ich auch das System-Tastatur-Layout ‘zurück’ auf Deutsch mit Toten Tasten gestellt.
Nichts an irgendwelchen Layouts herumgebastelt, und Deutsch ist die einzige Einstellung. Allerdings habe ich mithilfe von antimicro mein Gamepad eingerichtet.

Ich kann euch derzeit nur das Herumtesten im xev zeigen.

Es wäre wohl klug gewesen zu erwähnen, dass ich KDE Plasma laufen habe und sich die Probleme deswegen auf X11 beziehen. Sorry für den Doppelpost.

Wie schaut es aus in „Systemeinstellungen” → „Hardware” → „Eingabegeräte” → „Tastatur” → „Belegungen” ?

„Belegungen einrichten” aktivieren.
„de Deutsch (ohne Akzenttasten)” Hinzufügen.
Selektieren und „Vorschau” drücken.

Beim Reiter „Hardware”, ist die „Tastatur-Modell” korrekt?

Beim „YaST” → „Hardware” → „System-Tastaturlayout”, ist „Deutsch” selektiert?

Vorausgesetzt dass, die KDE Einstellungen korrekt sind, im „YaST” das „Test” Feld sollte »Alt-Gr« Zeichen wie erwartet zeigen …
Ich weiß noch nicht ob, beim „YaST” in eine VT das Gleiche ist oder nicht – Ich wird es bald probieren und noch mal melden.

Mit „yast2” mittels ein VT Sitzung (TT1 bis TTY6) probiert – »Alt-Gr« Zeichen, mit oder ohne „Umschalttaste”, haben wie erwartet funktioniert.
