ntfs write problem

hi all,
this is how fstab looks:

/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_FUJITSU_MHV2160_NY07T6A294F8-part1 /winXP               ntfs-3g    users,gid=users,fmask=133,dmask=022,locale=en_US.UTF-8 0 0

it gotta be writable as far as i see from it. but i can’t write ntfs partition.
plz help

I use this on my PC:

/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-SATA_Maxtor_6Y160P0_Y4319JDE-part1 /windows/C           ntfs-3g    defaults,locale=en_US.UTF-8

You could use something like that (modified as appropriate for your PC) as an interim until you sort and get the syntax sorted for the ownership you are trying to assign. I have read/write with no problem.
