Hi, I installed KDE4 along side w/Gnome for two purposes, 1) to switch if I preferred, and 2) need some apps for admin stuff, like krusader, kate, etc…, But my question and problem is, all have the default purple wheel icon and its not allowing me to change them to their KDE default icon. Is this a designed behavior because I using the Gnome Environment?
I have seen this before. It’s not normal. But it usually sorts itself out after a few reboots etc…
Although it’s not a prerequisite, there is a different set of window and display settings for kde/gnome
