About 50 LEAP 15.3 updates have been announced in the past 12 hours, but when I do zypper patch, I am nor seeing them.
It is looking at

But in Yast2/repositories, mine are all listed as LEAP 15.3
What is wrong?
Post the output from
zypper lr -d
and use a CODE block for posting that output.
There were problems with update announcements so all of them were resent since GA release. Check versions in announcements - they are for old updates.

Yikes, this is a pain. I can hardly keep up with deleting them all!
Your repos look okay to me. However, you are using the update-test repo. So it is quite possible that you have been installing updates before they are announced.
