Not able to shut down

openSUSE 11.4 (x86_64)
4.6.00 (4.6.0) “release 6”

After todays kernel update I am not able to log out, restart or shutdown

I had the same directly after the kernel update when I wanted to reboot.
Open a terminal and type


su -c reboot

it will ask for the root password.

Thanks, I needed 2 reboots after kernel update. Now everything is back to normal.
