Hi Team,

Could anyone tell me what could’ve went wrong in the system where I am seeing issues in playing videos with no voice but only music is being played with little volume.

I can only imagine that the video track you are listening to is recorded
that way.

What media player are your using ?
Are you sure there is voice on that video ?

GNOME 3.6.2
openSUSE Release 12.3 (Dartmouth) 64-bit
Kernel Linux 3.7.10-1.16-desktop

video has more than one audio track and you need to select the other track perhaps?
Or 5.1 audio track in the video and you only have stereo speakers - need to set your playback software to stereo (depending on what you are using to playback - I know there are settings for this in smplayer and vlc)
