No updates found (11.2)

I added KDE Team’s repository

download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/KDE4:/STABLE:/Desktop/openSUSE_11.2/

and, although I see packages there that are a newer version than what I have on my computer, the updater doesn’t update.

Time constraints only allowed me ~30 mins of searching through the forums, so I’m sorry if there is already an answer to this.

The updater only updates patches by default; go to YaST>Online update and select Repositories and then Package>Update
