no txt presentation in kmail (kontact)

When i click on an email, the txt of the mail doesn’t show up. This makes kmail unusable. When i click on the black html-bar, as someone on reddit suggested, there is nothing more than a flicker. Any ideas?

You better upload you image to https://susepaste.org/.
Many people will not allow Google to run scripts on their systems.

Adding info: I added a new (test)user … same problem with kmail. There is one thing diff: when i click on the html-bar it changes to txt, and reverse, but thats all: still no txt.
