No system notifications sound

Hi, there!
I made a clean installation of Leap 42.1 (KDE), but the system notification don’t sound.
However, I may listen music with VLC, normally.
¿Where are the system sounds, in the file system?

Are you sure there is no sound or is it possible that it is just really low?

In my experience, there is no place to adjust the sound of system notifications separately from your general/master sound levels. However, I have seen where you can use Audacity to actually alter the sound levels of the file itself thus making it possible to have system sounds higher or lower than normal.
