No Subversion menu in Dolphin after installing kdesvn

Where did you get the kdesvn?

Leap uses Plasma5 (ie KDE5) So I doubt that that a KDE4 library is loaded. But dependencies should have brought it in if installed via RPM/Yast/zypper
