Is sof-firmware
installed? If not, install it and reboot.
Is your Tumbleweed up to date? Because it is already at kernel 6.13.x for some time…
Perform a zypper dup
to upgrade your system.
Hi I just checked and I am up to date current kernel is 6.13.1-1
Please show the output from
sudo dmesg | egrep -i "snd|firmware"
and the results from the pactl command I gave you earlier.
Hi it worked and thank you very much this thread can be closed as resolved now
What worked? The system upgrade step as hui advised?
Sorry I forgot to mention what I did, and I apologize for that but I update my drivers and then rebooted and it worked.
