No sleep button in KDE

I can’t find a sleep button in the kickoff menu. Power management gives this error:https://www.dropbox.com/s/uwi1mdh5hi33txh/power.png

I use OpenSUSE 12.3 32 bit.

Have you tried to do what the message says?
Enter “Configure Desktop”->“Startup and Shutdown”->“Service Management” and activate the “Power Management” service.
Check that its state is “Running”. If not, select it and click on “Start”.
