No pvmove for Snapshot Volumes in LVM?

Hello,

Is there really no way to move an LVM volume from one physical disk to another if they are involved in a snapshot?

pvmove skips them, and I want to move them onto a new shiny disk array and decommission the old one (the new disk already has content on it so I cannot simply dd the whole disk over).

I don’t know LVM but can’t you just copy the files?
