I have upgraded from 10.3 to 11.0 and even though I have installed the restricted plugin packages the gnome desktop doesn’t show any preview images, icons, thumbnails, whatever you call them, of movies any more. It does show such previews of jpgs, pdfs, text files a.s.o. but no movies.
This is not really important but this feature was really nice to have and the sort of thing that made even my wife say “oooh, nice”. And it nags me that I can’t fix it…
