No MOK Pubkey when installing NVIDIA Driver?

Hello,
hopefully somebody here can help me. I’m trying to install the necessary drivers for my NVIDIA RTX2070 per the Guide here. I have managed to follow the guide all the way to the ‘Secure Boot’ Section. After restarting my PC, the MOK managment screen never appeared. So I tried to import them manually. The directory /usr/share/nvidia-pubkey/ doesn’t exist for some reason. I already rolled back and retried the installation process to no avail. I’m kinda lost and hope somebody here can point me in the right direction.
I also noticed periodic stutters when doing anything in KDE and a very laggy performance. My second monitor also is only a mirror of my main monitor, which also doesn’t get identified properly. ( I guess this is from the video driver not getting loaded ?)
The Problem with the monitors doesn’t appear with X11. The stutters remain with X11 aswell, albeit less frequent.

Do you have secure boot enabled? If not, no MOK screeen.

Yes secure boot is enabled.

I’ll recheck if secure boot is actually disabled. I mistook secureboot support in yast for actual secure boot. Sorry about that.

Secure Boot was not active. I guess I’ll roll back again and try the installation again. Thank you
