Use YaST and add KDM4.
sorry could u be a bit more explanitive?
Bring up YaST, it defaults to software. Click on Software Manager. Software manager defaults to search. Search for kdm4. Install.
it has been installed. but no avail, when i restart, it boots in command line mode.
the problem has just got worst, when i close the lid of my laptop and open it again, screen saver comes and prompts for password, but it cannot log me in.
