No help files for Gnome application in KDE environment

Running openSUSE 12.3 with KDE as the selected DE.
I added Evolution, a Gnome application and although it functions properly, there were no help screens available.
Manually installing yelp corrected the problem.

I have also Gimp and SMPlayer installed, both are Gnome applications. Gimp was installed as a default.

I would think that the help system would be part of the required files for the installation. But then, what I think is not always what others (the openSUSE packagers in this case) think.

Should this be entered as a bug? It’s not really a bug, as such, merely a oversight.

I would raise a bug and ask for inclusion of yelp as dependency or suggestion when any gnome application is selected.
