The federal data protection commissioner, Hanspeter Thür, has brought a case against Google at the Federal Administrative Court to force the company to make changes to its application. He wants the tribunal to make Google immediately take down all Swiss Street View images.

Street view is really cool. I took a trip to Paris and before I went I
actually walked around the area where my hotel was going to be to
familiarize myself with the surrounding area…metro stations etc. However,
I can see it making ‘casing’ an area easier for those with criminal intent.
