No eth0 on executing ifconifg

I installed Opensuse 11.0 on a Samsung Sens Q310 AS220 laptop. My NIC is a Marvell Yukon 88E8055 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet.

When I try to configure it with YaST2, 88E8055 Gigabit Ethernet is not configured with the following comment. “Unable to configure the network card because the kernel device(eth0, wlan0) is not present. …”

When I execute ifconfig on a console, it diplays only lo (local loopback) without eth0.

dmesg says “sky2 0000:06:00.0: cannot obtain PCI resource. sky2: probe of 0000:06:00.00 failed with error -16”

lspci -vv says as below.

I got an important thing to tell you.
I successfully installed the install_v10.70.1.3.tar.bz2 driver for linux 2.6 provided by Marvell Yukon. But eth0 still dose not appear.
Of course I rebooted my laptop several times.

Thanks in advance.
