I thought I’d finally get around to updating leap, and there are no downloads available from get.opensuse.org. I can’t get a page of mirrors, or a link for the torrent download, nothing. Is there an alternate download location? If so, if someone could provide it, I would appreciate it.

/distribution/leap/15.5/iso - openSUSE Download is where I go looking. openSUSE-Leap-15.5-NET-x86_64-Current.iso there is probably the one you want.
Strange. Downloads under https://get.opensuse.org/ are working without a problem for me.
They must have fixed it sometime between yesterday and today. Yesterday when I visited, all the links were broken and the offline image file size was listed at 350B.

They had an issue, but it was resolved. You just happened to hit it during the downtime.
