I typed this in the console using both user and root permissions:
glxinfo | grep -i direct
and it says for both:
*** WARNING: Direct Rendering is NOT enabled
I have successfully installed the 10.2 proprietary driver from ATI. But how do i enable Direct Rendering?
Thanks in advance
Box: openSUSE 11.2 | GNOME 2.28.2 | Acer RS740DVF | AMD64 X2 5600+ | Radeon HD4670 | 3GB RAM
Just for extra info, I installed the driver following this (The Hard Way) :

Can you open with a text editor, copy and paste the contents to PasteBin.be , press “dump” on that site, and provide here the URLs given (from that site) of the following two files from your PC:
/var/log/Xorg.0.log
/etc/X11/xorg.conf
… also provide the output of:
rpm -qa '*fglrx*'
zypper lr -d
and finally, in case the above does not give all needed information, exactly WHAT ATI graphic hardware do you have ? Is it the Radeon HD4670 in your sig ?
Problem solved. Reinstalled ATI proprietary driver.
Thanks for the support!

Well done and congratulations!
I type in the command in terminal using super user mode:
kdesu dolphin, and select the downloaded file, it opens it in Kwrite.
What should I do?
