No connection to NUT Server

I’ve swiched to Leap 15.4 from Ubuntu and trying to connect UPS Eaton 5E to NUT on fresh installed OS.
There is standalone UPS connected with USB cable. I just want to indicate battery percentage in Conky.

I was following this steps: SDB:Network UPS Tools - openSUSE Wiki
It looks like the driver is working but I can’t check UPS status:

givizub@localhost:~> sudo upsdrvctl start
Network UPS Tools - UPS driver controller 2.7.4
Network UPS Tools - Generic HID driver 0.41 (2.7.4)
USB communication driver 0.33
Using subdriver: MGE HID 1.39

givizub@localhost:~>

and next:

givizub@localhost:~> sudo upsc eaton@localhost
Error: Connection failure: Connection refused

I suppose it can be problem with user groups or premissions.

Here is my config:

hosts.conf

MONITOR myups@localhost "Local UPS"

ups.conf
[eaton]
driver = usbhid-ups
port = auto
vendorid = 0463
pollfreq = 30
desc = "Eaton 5E NUT"

upsmon master

[upsslave]

upsmon slave

actions = SET
instcmds = ALL
nut.conf

MODE=standalone

upsd.conf

LISTEN 127.0.0.1 3493

/etc/udev/rules.d/52-nut-usbups.rules

ATTR{idVendor}=="0463", ATTR{idProduct}=="ffff", MODE="664", GROUP="daemon"

Also, I’ve checked cable and other USB port. It works with Windows and was working with Ubuntu.
