Hi,
I am trying to install suse, but i dont have a CD-DRIVE… well i have one, but its not working…
Its not possible to boot from a floppy or USB either.
So i was thinking to unpack the the image of the CD on partition 3 and then try to run the setup in DOS. but so far i wasnt able to run any setup… i hope anyone can help me with this…

Thanks for the help, but no i am not futher then i was yesterday.
the only installation that might work is: Install on PC that can’t boot from CD - openSUSE
but here they are talking about grub and or a floppydrive. well i dont have a floppy drive… and i have no idea what grub is. i googled for it… but from what i understand is that you can install it if you have linux up and running on a machine…
well i have XP 
and this is my first attemped to work with something else then Windows. so i have no knowledge nor working linux system
