New 11.1/Gnome install on HP DV7 laptop and Gnome Power Manager has no Battery Tab!
Can someone tell me where to start looking for a fix?

Fixed 
On chance I switched user to root.
Opened the Power Manager in Gnome as root and low and behold the battery tab was there.
Adjusted the settngs as I liked.
Clicked the Make Default button.
Restarted and voila my regular user now had the battery button
