No audio while on internet

Greetings,

I am using 11.1. I do have audio using the various players: (aplap play ogg123 etc…) But when I need audio when I am on the web at any site Nothing!!! I tried the one shot update and it work for one startup!!! I do not know what information you need but please advise

Can you please give us an example of “non-audio-functioning” site? :slight_smile:

For flash-audio related problems, try killing pulseaudio instances running
in background.

By killing Pulseaudio solved all internet audio problem.
But all attempts to stop it from starting up on any powerup fail!

I tried that and all of the other suggestions in the previous posts. I do not really want to uninstall PulseAudio. But seems like that is the only alternative. If I do that some apps will not work!!!

Not sure why is so hard to disable PA :-/
