I just found this treasure in my Planet KDE Akregator feed
The Great Features of KDE Workspaces and Applications Part I - Dolphin - Marty’s typepad
May be quite useful for novice KDE users. I personally absolutely want some nice explanation of real life usage of “Semantic Desktop”, from KDE 4.7 I won’t disable Nepomuk and Akonadi anymore.
Cheers, k.

Definitely openSUSE manual is worth looking at(not only the KDE part). I think the package is available in 3-4 languages.
