Hmm, well, this is somewhat mystical. Snapper says that it was changed during the month of February. At the time I was doing some experiments with my NVIDIA card drivers and different kernels. During that time the permissions on that one file, mount.nfs, changed (no other files had only the permissions changed during that time…). That’s pretty weird.
