It has been a while since I went through the wiki and updated the Nextcloud guide, which worked fine a few years back.

I did a little tweaking to make this work but have since lost the bits in my head that once allowed me to figure these things out. 
Here is my problem, I think it is the only real issue that i have at this point. That is, for whatever reason, I cannot access (403 error) the index.html or index.php site when I set it up. I am quite certain it is a step where permissions are set but after about an hour of web-searching, there is nothing that I can definitively find that is recent enough to fix my problem.
My goal here is to get Nextcloud running on my Tumbleweed server, update the documentation on the wiki and share my happiness with the openSUSE world.
