i found to shut of halt Beep, go to YaST2 sound alsa about the second line down you’l see beep on
or off press edit and put 0 for off. it worked for me. good luck.

You post is a bit unclear to me. This subforum is for those who have questions and/or problems or suggestions on the Forums themselves.
As you ar talking about YaST and als, I doubt this has anything to do with the Forums, as the Forums software does not use any sound as all IMHO.
When you want to ask something about openSUSE, please do so in one of the appropriate “Get technical help here” subforums. In your case this might be the “Multimedia” one.
