Currently installing niri in tumbleweed is broken (Post in forum).
This can be fixed by symlinking to libdisplay-info.0.3.0.
But there is also a new release of niri (Github) since five days, but nothing is happening in openSUSE:factory.
Is there a way to friendly “poke” the maintainers to add the new release?
You may try to branch the package, fix the build and do a SR.
The package fails to build. Btw, the failed build seems to be caused by an upstream issue:
