New user - installed via CD - downloaded nonOSS...now what?

I am in the long slow process of downloading the DVD install, but in the meantime I downloaded the CD version and did a quick install, and so far I am quite impressed. I like the look and feel. There was an add on CD, titled nonOSS such and such. I downloaded it as well to take a look at it…duh. Not sure what to do with it or how to use it. Any help? I thought this was a disc of additional software, but maybe I am wrong?

First thing to do is have a read here Concepts - openSUSE
Then add som repos there’s a list here Repositories/11.1 - openSUSE-Community
They are listed here Package Repositories - openSUSE and there is a howto on the bottom of the page.
