I’m new to LINUX and non technical. I like the look of what I’ve seen so far, but have a problem trying to sync my Windows mobile 5 XDA with evolution. I’ve tried installing synce but have struggled to follw the instructions in the Opensuse guide. I’m running OpenSuse 10.3 and started to follow the instructions on Synce - openSUSE to install synce but got a bit lost when it got into running a shell script. Can anyone offer any advise in idiots guide as to how to install synce (or similar). So far I seem to have installed th pre-requisites, but I don’t know how to run a shell script to get synce installed. When I attach the mobile via the USB the system doesn’t recognise it. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Cheers:confused:
