I have an Acer Aspire 5670 with opensuse 11.0 installed after some probs with graphics I am now up and running but at the moment I don’t know how to switch on my wireless, its runnig fine on a ethernet connection but can’t find out how to connect with wifi.
Also the sound seems very quiet compared to the windows install even on max volume any ideas on these isssues.

Go to YAST > Hardware > Sound > Other and adjust your volume. Move up both master and PCM volume settings to 70% or so.
