hi, just recently installed 11.2. WOrking good. Would like to upgrade to KDE 4.3.5. However, when I do, I get all these messages. Im using the one click installer.

You could use the options with vendor change.
But I would not use the 1Click, for as far as I know it is not correct.
At least it was, bug was not answered so far (are there still kde4-*-packages to be installed via the 1Click? Could you just have a close look at the beginning?)
Just add the KDE4: STABLE: Desktop-Repo and do an upgrade witho yast.
Or just wait a couple of days, KDE 4.3.5 will come to OS 11.2 via normal update-repo
My impression (from 11.1) is that this update is too complicated for the one click installer (the web installer) and yast or zypper are your alternatives if you want it to work completely, and not leave you with a problem in future.
kdebase4-nsplugin-4.3.1-5.6.3.x86_64 requires kdebase4 = 4.3.1, but this requirement cannot be provided
This raises the loudest of warning bells for me: if you are installing 4.3.5 and you see error messages about earlier versions of bits and pieces - in this case, the 4.3.1 - then something seems to have gone well and truly wrong. You would be hoping that 4.3.1.blah.blah.blah would be being replaced by 4.3.5.blah.blah.blah and it isn’t happening.
I’d also go for yast, but I’d bet you could get zypper to work if you are happier with that, but I don’t know. Change the repo, have a look at what it has done - you should see lots of ‘blue’ packages in the kde sections, with the installed ones being largely 4.3.1 ones and the newer ones being 4.3.5. You can select the packages for which there is a ‘blue’ option for update, and away you go.
