New file upload function

Hi,
can one please tell me how the new file upload function to a package works?

‘In the old days’ I just entered e.g.
http://www.zygrib.org/getfile.php?file=zyGrib-3.9.4.tgz
and the file got uploaded.
Now a ‘service’ is created, but no file uploaded. I fiddeld around with the parameters, but that did not help too.
Any idea?

What’s the name of your home project? And where did you create that project?

The package is Build Service > Projects > home:DocB > ZYGrib and was created I think in April this year
