The current 0.9.0.7 seems to make NetworkManager under kde4 not be able to connect and get stuck at “Waiting for authorization”
Before it worked perfectly, but somehow it seems to not work well now. I tried to look for it under factory but it isn’t there? https://build.opensuse.org/project/show?project=openSUSE%3AFactory
0.9.0.7 seems to be published in Jan. I will have to wait to see if there is a fix soon.
Did you recently upgrade your KDE desktop to a newer release? Maybe you need to remove and reconfigure your network connection again.
I also meant to ask if you have your wireless connection set up as a ‘System Connection’ and whether you use kwallet to store the secret?

I already mentioned this before: don’t install individual packages from different repos. The repos are a system, not a random collection of packages.
Yes. I did that but it still doesn’t work.

I remade and disabled kwallet. It still gets locked at “Waiting for Authorization” for a long time then says it can not connect. Very rarely it connects though…

You probably need to examine the network manager log and share it here if necessary.
