Hm, you seem to have problems reading two update repos.
I have exactly the same URLs, thus I assume they are correct.
And I have no problem using them now.
Yep because I have no internet
I need the RT drivers and I can’t get the downloaded ones to install
Do have net via vbox windows
OK I understand now. Sorry, this was not very helpful in this situation.
I think @Sauerland is already following some trace, so I leave it to him.
Have problems install from his site tryed rpm (did nothing) tried zypper install but it tries to get all those repos and fails
Think maybe I’m missing a flag somewhere
zypper --no-refresh ...
sometimes reading manual page helps.

Why have you tried to install the r8168 driver?
Post:
/sbin/lsmod | grep -i r816
Is secure boot enabled:
/usr/bin/mokutil --sb-state
Please use Code-Tags, make things readable…

Post:
/sbin/lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net
And executed as root:
systemctl status network.service
Way are you trying to install source RPM? Are you going to build this package locally? You need binary packages, not source package.
That’s what I found is there a binary somewhere??
Hä?
/sbin/lspci -nnk | grep -iA3 net
