network manager doesn't honor setting: not automatically connect to wireless network when available

on my PC=Dell latitude E6510, RAM=8Gb, GPU=GT218 NVS 3100M, CPU=i7 Q 720 @ 1.60GHz, OS=opensuse 13.2 KDE= 4.14.9
network manager automatically connect to a wireless network in spite in settings it isn’t checked in any wireless network.
I don’t like this behaviour, how can I solve??

It may not connect automatically if the kwallet password manager is not up and running. Did you try setting up with ‘All users may connect to this network’?
