Network install fails - storage subsystem locked

I am trying to do a network install because my box can’t read the retail DVD since it was damaged.

A copy of the retail DVD is on my FTP box.

I set up the ftp parameters correctly and yast finds it OK.

The problem is that yast fails saying “The storage subsystem is locked by another application. You must quit that application before you can continue”.

Any ideas on a fix?
