Network doesn't work after closing and openning the lid on lapto

I’m running a fresh installation of openSUSE with KDE Plasma on a Lenovo Pro 7 Aura laptop. I’m running into WiFi issues, and I hope someone here can help me dig into them. I am using KDE Plasma.

After closing the lid and reopening, the WiFi disappears(not the icon it just says no connections available) — no networks show up. I can’t reconnect at all until I reboot. The WiFi interface is empty.

Something along these lines might be worth a shot (unloading and reloading the relevant driver):

As a test you could try unloading the iwlmvm and iwlwifi modules manually before suspending, then reload once resumed. If that works, it can be automated using a systemd-sleep script perhaps. A similar thread: Also refer man systemd-sleep.conf YMMV.
